So, what can you do to balance out troubling news? There are many websites out there offering uplifting stories and hopeful ideas. There are podcasts driven by positive intentions and books written to raise spirits too.

What if you created a balanced ‘diet’ of media, better yet choose to take in more hopeful content than negative and notice how it impacts your mindset over time?
